Our Apple wood smoking chunks are around 40-80mm on average (Think approximately fist size) Making these a great choice for longer cooks and longer smoke times.

A light, fruity smoke with a little hint of sweet flavour makes Apple wood a great choice for any meat or fish. Pairing particularly well with Pork and Chicken. The generous size makes these great for longer cooks on the grill or smoker.

Our Apple wood is UK sourced, locally to us. Processed, dried and packaged by us, in house from start to finish. We have complete control of the quality and sustainability of this excellent smoking wood.
