Our Apple wood smoking chunks are around 40-80mm on average (Think approximately fist size) Making these a great choice for longer cooks and longer smoke times.

A light, fruity smoke with a little hint of sweet flavour makes Apple wood a great choice for any meat or fish. Pairing particularly well with Pork and Chicken. The generous size makes these great for longer cooks on the grill or smoker.

Our Apple wood is UK sourced, Processed, dried and packaged. We carefully select each piece by hand as we package them, so you can be assured only the best quality gets through.
