Why use BBQ wood chips?

Our wood chips are a great way to add smoke flavour to any BBQ. Easy to use and versatile. The shorter burning time than chunks can be an advantage when cooking something quickly, or you can slow down the burning by using a smoker box for example if you wish.

Another great way to use smoker chips is to mix flavours to create different flavour profiles. Typically by using a stronger flavour such as Oak or Hickory blended with a lighter one, such as Cherry or Beech. You can do this easily yourself or try one of our pre-blended flavour profiles for even more convenience!
