What will delivery cost me?

 - If your order value is over £35

  • All orders over the value of £35 will qualify for free standard delivery!
  • Plus, you can upgrade to Priority dispatch* delivery for just £3.95.

*Check further down the page for more information on our priority dispatch service terms. This option may be disabled during very busy periods, if you don't see it as an option this is usually the case.

  • For orders less than £35 - £5.95 (DPD) or £3.95 (Small parcel tracked)

Delivery services - who will deliver my parcel?

We've listened to our customers! So for our deliveries we now use only DPD as a next day courier service. Plus, we now have an option for a cheaper small parcel if you aren't in a rush. This will usually be with either Evri, or Royal mail in some cases.

We've chosen to use DPD for our next day service (Next day is following dispatch, not always the day after your order is placed), ensuring fast delivery times and impeccable service. You can track, amend, rearrange and select a safe place quickly and easily. 

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

DPD delivery - Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. That means in general, you'll receive your delivery within 1-4 days on average, but can take up to 5 days until delivery on occasion. We pack and dispatch orders as soon as we can, which usually includes evenings and weekends (Yeah... We really DO care that much!) Collections from us are Monday-Friday, so any orders after morning on a Friday will likely be on the way to you by Monday (Expected Tuesday for delivery)
Small Parcel Tracked delivery - We operate on the same dispatch times for all orders. If you choose this delivery option at checkout your order may just take a little longer after it leaves us (Usually 2-4 days). 

Priority dispatch orders are within one business day or same business day with a cut off of 10:30am. If this option isn't available and you need your order quickly - Please message us first.

Can I track my delivery?

 Yes! Every order we send out can be tracked and you'll receive a tracking number and details of how to track your order via email upon dispatch. If a phone number is provided, you may also receive updates to your phone instead, or in addition. 

*Priority dispatch terms*

Priority dispatch means your order will be sent out at the very earliest opportunity. This is usually the same day or next business day. Orders before 10:30AM will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after that will be dispatched the same day but may be collected the following business day. 
Example - Order at 22:30 on a Wednesday and your order will be collected from us on Thursday for delivery on the Friday. The same order placed at 09:30 on the Thursday will usually still arrive by Friday. 

If your order is placed for priority dispatch delivery on Friday evening, or over the weekend, it will be treated with exactly the same priority. It will however be collected from us the following Monday for delivery to you Tuesday.

 

Is my delivery guaranteed?

Yes! We will deliver every order as promised and as quickly as we can. 

Of course, we cannot control a delivery once it has left us. We make every effort to track or replace any parcel that may go missing, or we can issue a full refund if enough time has passed for the the courier to deem it "lost".
