Our Cherry wood smoking chunks are around 40-80mm on average (Think approximately fist size) Making these a great choice for longer cooks and longer smoke times.

A fairly Aromatic sweet and light smoke make Cherry wood a great choice for any meat or fish. Cherry smoked chicken thighs are simply awesome and it's also one of our favourites for pulled pork shoulder too! The generous size makes these great for longer cooks on the grill or smoker.

Our Cherry wood is UK sourced, locally to us. Processed, dried and packaged by us, in house from start to finish. We have complete control of the quality and sustainability of this excellent smoking wood.
