We've teamed up with the fantastic team at "The Catering Butcher" to bring to you this superb new rub. Oozing with amazing colour and flavour for the ultimate combination.

Combining some sweetness with a hint of caramel, garlic and coffee undertones and a mild waft of chilli for a well balanced flavour with lots of depth. Colour is handled by activated charcoal for next level pit master status!
If you're looking for the best bark on your brisket, you've found it. Great flavour and colour on your steak? Yep, you've found it. It also makes a very special burger and so much more!

It may have been developed with Beef in mind, but it also works brilliantly well for Pork, Lamb and Chicken!
