Why use smoked oil for my cooking?

Properly smoked oil can bring flavour, sophistication, depth and richness! The smoky notes will add a depth of flavour that cannot be achieved otherwise. Carefully smoking at a low temperature brings all the enhancement required, nothing else added. We've chosen rapeseed oil for it's neutral flavour profile, and the high smoke point makes it suitable for almost anything. Searing the perfect steak? Making delicious home-made mayo?
