There's certainly something special about Whiskey Oak smoking and it doesn't get much more special than this! 

A genuine whiskey Oak cask smoking plank from a Scottish distillery. The aroma, the hearty smoke flavour and the look of delight on friends faces when cooking and serving that great cut of steak cooked over beautiful, aged Whiskey Oak!

Try a reverse sear on the plank and use it to serve on after it's rested, trust us... It's a game changer!

You'll get several cooks from one plank in most cases depending on how long you're cooking for and how high the pit temperature is.

We use the bases of Oak Whiskey barrels to produce these planks as they are flat and thick. We aim to keep as much character as possible, so we plane and sand them just enough to ensure they are clean whilst leaving curved edges and charring where possible.

Due to the nature of how this product is produced the sizes do vary. 

Below are the minimum and maximum size plank you will receive.

Maximum:  (L) 300mm (W) 120mm (D) 30mm
