Oak smoke is a great choice for most meats and veggies, with a medium to strong flavour profile, similar to Hickory. Just one or two chunks is plenty for most cooks, making these chunks go a long way. 

Our Oak wood smoking chunks are around 40-80mm on average (Think approximately fist size) Making these a great choice for longer cooks and longer smoke times.
