Maple BBQ smoking chunks are a delight to cook over and come in a variety of pack sizes. Our chunks are around 40-80mm on average (Think approximately fist size)

A fairly mild to medium smoke with a sweet and mellow profile makes these a favourite for pork, chicken and fish. The generous size makes these great for longer cooks on the grill or smoker. Our Maple wood is UK sourced, locally to us, processed, dried and packaged by us, in house from start to finish. We have complete control of the quality and sustainability of this excellent smoking wood.
