Hickory & Cherry wood cold smoking dust.

Hickory cold smoking dust has a wonderful flavour. Fairly strong, yet mellow enough not to be harsh. Cherry is, like most fruit woods, fairly light and a little bit sweet. It also adds a superb colour to anything being smoked.

The two flavours here work amazingly well with each other. Working well with virtually anything from Bacon, to cheese, fish, garlic and even salt!

A 100g bag will fill a standard cold smoke generator maze and produce up to 14 hours of cold smoking on one fill. 300g bags are also a handy size and look great too, so no need to hide them away!
