Harry J's "Whole Hog" Ultimate Pork Rub

I’d decided this year to support small bbq rub businesses in the UK. I used the rub as a top layer on a rack of spare ribs. As soon as you open the shaker you can smell the different ingredients, especially the fennel which took the rub to another level.
Using the rub in ribs as amazing, I can’t wait to try it on pulled pork.
