All you need is water and this mix to create the most succulent, mouth watering turkey. Packed with flavour for melt in the mouth texture.

Contains Salt, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Garlic, Cinnamon stick and sage.

200g pouch is enough to brine any turkey size (including the supersize!)

Unfortunately, despite us dispatching this on the same day you ordered, the courier let us both down this time.
We offered to replace, and sent you a £10 gift voucher to help in saying sorry.
Sometimes we are left having to put things right that are outside of our control 😢

So Tasty!

We used the Turkey tenderising brine mix with our turkey crown and it made the meat so flavoursome and tender. Will definitely use again next year.
