Brining meats is simply one the most effective ways of locking in tenderness as the added moisture prevents drying out during cooking. The salt also acts to tenderise any meat making succulent, tender meals every time!
Chilli and Garlic flavours work well with almost anything. Why not try this one with chicken thighs/breast or a roast of beef?
Simply use one full packet (75g) to make up to 1.2 litres of brine mixture, brine for between 1.5 hours to overnight for very large cuts (A few hours is plenty for most things)
